Complete an in-class assessment via a past paper question on ATMs and Banks - from 2010
Question D - worth 10 marks "To what extent does the improved customer service offered by online banking outwigh the possible disadvantages for customers". Make sure you write a SUMMARY of your response in bullet points first. This must include 1) Improved customer service points and 2) Disadvantages for customers. Make sure you use ITGS terminology, IT technical termonology and terminology related to social and ethical impacts.
